Hastelloy Gr. C22 Hex Nut – Inches

Hastelloy Gr.C22 Hex Nuts:

HASTELLOY® C-22® alloy (UNS N06022) is nickel- chromium-molybdenum materials, And it is resistance to both oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals. And it protection from pitting, crevice attack, and stress corrosion cracking.

Hastelloy Nuts and Bolts are used in process equipment. AI “RAJ” Threaded Fasteners  are high resistance to uniform attack, outstanding localized corrosion resistance, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance.

#Hastelloy C22 fasteners are made of Alloy C22, is a versatile austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

SS 304 Hex Nut Inches

Type 304 stainless steel is a T 300 Series Stainless Steel austenitic. It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. It is defined as a Chromium-Nickel austenitic alloy.

Grade 304 is the standard “18/8” stainless steel

Duplex 2205 Hex Nut – Inches

Duplex 2205 stainless steel (both ferritic and austenitic) is used extensively in applications that require good corrosion resistance and strength.

At temperatures above 300°C, the brittle micro-constituents of this grade undergo precipitation, and at temperatures below -50°C the micro-constituents undergo ductile-to-brittle transition; Hence this grade of stainless steel is not suitable for use at the temperatures above 300°C and below -50°C.

Super Duplex Hex Nut -Inches

Super duplex stainless steel designed for applications which demand exceptional strength and corrosion resistance.

Alloy 2507 has 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel. This high molybdenum, chromium and nitrogen content results in excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion attack and the duplex structure provides 2507 with exceptional resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking.

SS 304 Nyloc Nut Metric

SS 304 Nyloc Nuts have a nylon ring inserted at the end of the nut. This is a self-locking device to stop the nut undoing under constant vibration or load variations. Because of this Nylon, Nyloc Nuts not suitable for use where the temperature is liable to exceed 120 degrees Celsius. For uses where high temperatures are incurred All Stainless Locking Nuts are available . Metric Nyloc Nuts are made to Din 985 standard. All Nyloc Nuts should be used with a lubricant such as Nickel Anti-Seize to prevent ‘Galling’.
